Overview

AppConnect bridges Mindbody and Zapier, opening Mindbody to 5,000+ apps through Zapier's automation ecosystem. Each connector delivers structured JSON payloads with real-time webhook triggers, client enrichment, and multi-location support.

Current Version: 1.4 — Adds client enrichment fields, class description enrichment, location names, and next-visit tracking across all applicable automations.

What's New in v1.4

  • Client Enrichment — Automations 02–06 now include full client profile data (name, email, phone, address, alerts, preferences) alongside the event data
  • Class Description Enrichment — Automations 02, 07 now include className, classCategory, classSubcategory, classProgramName, classSessionTypeName
  • Location Name — Added to booking and sale events
  • Next Visit Tracking — clientNextClassDate, clientNextAppointmentDate added where applicable
  • XML→JSON Conversion — Automations 01/01B/01C converted from raw XML pass-through to structured JSON (eliminates @json_null values)
  • Metadata Fields — All automations include eventId, eventInstanceOriginationDateTime, eventSchemaVersion, messageId
