  • Update Price for Mindbody Services from Shopify We’ve introduced a new feature that allows for seamless price updates of Mindbody services directly from Shopify. This enhancement ensures that your Mindbody services are always in sync with the latest pricing, reducing manual updates and streamlining operations.   • Enable Shopify Refund Notifications with Mindbody Contact Logs This update includes the ability to automatically log Shopify refund notifications into Mindbody’s contact logs. With this feature, refunds processed through Shopify are captured in Mindbody, ensuring accurate customer records and aiding in better customer relationship management. Support Article 
  • Post Shopify Sales with Services to the Mindbody Online Store Now, sales transactions from Shopify that include services can be automatically posted to your Mindbody Online Store. This feature ensures that all relevant service transactions are reflected accurately across both platforms, simplifying service sales management. Support Article

  • Improved synchronization of retail products between Mindbody and Shopify, specifically addressing issues where Mindbody retail products were not aligning with Shopify listings. This update ensures that only retail products marked with "Sell Online" in Mindbody are synchronized, and introduces a daily refresh to keep the "Sell Online" retail products consistently updated.
  • Added a feature where any Mindbody sales recorded with a negative quantity (e.g., refund transactions) will automatically be filtered out, keeping your data clean and accurate. This is only applicable if sales are posted from Mindbody to Shopify.
  • Added a feature capturing phone numbers added to the customer's default or contact information, incorporating them into the Mindbody client's phone field, along with the customer and/or billing address, for new Mindbody client creations when a Shopify customer doesn't already exist.
  • Updated how products are tagged in Shopify; now, Mindbody retail products are tagged with "Product," and service/pricing option products are tagged with "Service," ensuring easier management and organization.
  • Enhanced the integration feature to automatically create new products in Shopify when using the 'Create new products in Shopify' setting. When a new product is detected during the Mindbody checkout process, it is promptly synchronized and made available in Shopify, even if it has not yet been auto-synced. This update streamlines the process of product management across platforms, ensuring a seamless inventory update experience. Support Article
