If you are familiar with the "Zoom Meeting" client BOT, which creates & updates Zoom meetings and registers booked clients as Zoom registrants, you'll love the "Send Instructor Emails" BOT as well!

If you are familiar with the earlier "Send Email" client BOT, please know that we split up that BOT into two separate BOTs (one for client emails, one for instructor emails).

Introducing the "Send Instructor Emails" client BOT!

What it does:

When added to a class, this BOT will immediately email the "Zoom start URL" to the instructor.

**NOTE: Zoom meeting start links expire after 2 hours. This BOT should therefore only be used within 2 hours before a class starts.** NOTE: if the BOT is used before the regularly scheduled email the regularly scheduled email will be still sent out, so this will be a duplicate email to your instructor.

To run the BOT, add the "Send Instructor Email" client to the class:

Generally the BOT will run within a few seconds after the BOT client is added to a class, but sometimes it can take longer.

Question: I added the BOT but it did not remove itself. Is it safe to remove?

Answer: Yes, you can manually remove the BOT in the event the BOT is not automatically removed.

Question: I added the "Send Instructor Email" BOT to my workshop and no email was sent.

Answer: See Workshops / Enrollments on how workshops are processed in the APIANT automations.
