SMS text messages
Sending Zoom join links via SMS text messages to clients as automatic reminders or on-demand through bots, with provider setup and client notification preferences.
ZoomConnect can send Zoom join links to your clients as SMS text messages — either as an automatic reminder sent to all clients for every class, or on demand via the BOT - "Send SMS". SMS is a more reliable way to reach clients than email alone.

Requirements:
1) SMS provider account: you need an account with Twilio or CM to send SMS.

2) Clients in Mindbody must enable the "Reminder and schedule changes" Text option in their Mindbody client profile. This can be set by staff, or preferably by the client.
3) ZoomConnect SMS settings must be configured:
- Enable SMS notification
- Set the SMS notification provider to your provider (Twilio or CM)
- Set the SMS notification timing hours (e.g. 0.5 for 30 min)
You can optionally enable "Add meeting id in sms", "Add password in sms", and "SMS show timezone" to include those details in your SMS messages:
