Introducing 3 new BOTs:
- "Send Recording Booked"
- "Send Recording Attendees"
- "Send Recording No-Shows"
What they do:
"Send Recording Booked"
When added to a class, this BOT will automatically send the recording link to the latest recording of your Zoom meeting to all signed up clients in your Mindbody class.
"Send Recording Attendees"
When added to a class, this BOT will automatically send the recording link to the latest recording of your Zoom meeting to all clients from your Mindbody class, that have attended the Zoom meeting.
"Send Recording No-Shows"
When added to a class, this BOT will automatically send the recording link to the latest recording of your Zoom meeting to all clients from your Mindbody class, that have NOT attended the Zoom meeting.
How to set it up:
In Mindbody go to your class, to the class sign-in roster and add one of the 3 new recording link BOTs to the class.
The BOT will be automatically removed from the class again after the automation has finished processing.
Question: I added one of the "Send Recording ..." BOTs to my workshop and no recording link were sent.
