CRMConnect: DonorPerfect → ActiveCampaign
Sync donor records and donation data from DonorPerfect to ActiveCampaign, keeping ActiveCampaign contacts, tags, and deals current with your DonorPerfect donor base in real time.
Version 1.4
CRMConnect: DonorPerfect → ActiveCampaign keeps your ActiveCampaign account continuously in sync with your DonorPerfect donor base: donor profiles, gift history, and donation activity. It is a fully managed integration operated by APIANT. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain: once your DonorPerfect and ActiveCampaign accounts are connected, the data flows on its own and your team works entirely inside ActiveCampaign.
What you get
- A live donor contact in ActiveCampaign for every synced DonorPerfect donor, enriched with 67 donor properties: lifetime gift total, YTD and prior-year totals, gift count, average/max gift, first and last gift dates and amounts, and more.
- DonorPerfect flags as ActiveCampaign tags, kept in sync as flags are added or removed — and, if you use ActiveCampaign tags for your own marketing, an option to leave those untouched. See Sync timing and reliability.
- Every gift as an ActiveCampaign deal (with the Gifts Pipeline add-on), with 67 gift properties covering pledges, payment type, campaign, solicitation, tribute, and acknowledgement status, automatically associated to the donor's contact.
- Codes and dropdowns translated automatically. DonorPerfect codes (campaign, solicitation, gift type, general ledger, and more) are translated to readable values, and new ActiveCampaign dropdown options are created on the fly the first time a new code appears in DonorPerfect.
- Custom fields (optional add-on), if you need a DonorPerfect field beyond the standard property set carried into ActiveCampaign.
- An initial import of your existing donors at onboarding, sized to your plan's donor limit. See Initial import & historical gifts.
How it works at a glance
Two automations run on a schedule: new or updated DonorPerfect donors sync to ActiveCampaign contacts (fields and tags), and new or updated gifts sync to ActiveCampaign deals linked to those contacts (Gifts Pipeline add-on). See Sync timing and reliability for exact cadence and how records are matched.
Requirements
- A paid DonorPerfect subscription and an ActiveCampaign account with API access enabled.
- An email address is required for every ActiveCampaign contact — see Sync timing and reliability.
