Client can't find email in Gmail Inbox

Check the "All Mail" folder

If your client cannot find an email in their GMail Inbox, there is a very good chance it is in their "All Mail" section:

Here are a few things your clients can do to improve the chances future emails are delivered to their Inbox:

  1. Move the email they found to their Inbox
  2. Star the email
  3. Add the recipient to their contacts
