Cancellation emails
Configure whether cancellation emails are sent to clients when they cancel class or workshop bookings, with customizable content per event.

Turn on or off the sending of cancellation emails
As of version 4, you can choose to send customizable cancellation emails when a client cancels their booking from a class/workshop.
Why would I want to turn off the sending of cancellation emails?
If you already send a cancellation email through Mindbody and it contains everything you want to communicate to the client about the cancellation.
But be aware that Mindbody only allows you to configure one cancellation email for all Mindbody events like classes, workshops etc..
To control the sending of cancellation emails, configure the "Send cancellation email" setting:
