Participant reports

Discover how to receive Zoom meeting participant reports in both HTML email and CSV format starting from version 4. Learn how to enable this feature by setting the "Meeting participant report" setting in the ZoomConnect General settings to either "basic"

Introducing new Zoom meeting participant reports

As of version 4 you will now receive a Zoom meeting participant report, sent as an HTML email as well as a CSV attachment to the email defined in your "contact address" setting.

To enable receiving the participant report set the ZoomConnect General setting "Meeting participant report" to "basic" or "advanced" (without the quotes):

To disable receiving the participant report set the "Meeting participant report" setting to "none" (without the quotes).

Basic participant report:

The basic participant report shows you participant data as "Class name", "Class date", "Class time", "Class staff", "Zoom meeting id", "Participant id", "Participant name" and "Participant email".

Advanced participant report:

The advanced participant report contains further information such as the "Join time", "Leave time", "Participant duration" and more.

To turn on the advanced participant report, Contact APIANT support

NOTE: In order to receive the advanced participant report you may need to reconnect your Zoom account in APIANT.
