Add a custom text message block to your emails
A custom text block can be added to your emails. Each text block is displayed below the button as shown in this picture:
These are the types of emails the system can send to your clients:
- Client Zoom join link
- Instructor Zoom join link
- Shareable join link
- Cancellation notice
- Zoom recording link
The settings that control the custom text blocks for these emails are shown below:
It's easiest to click on the pencil icon highlighted above to make your edits. HTML tags are allowed.
Depending on your screen size you might want to enable the "Wrap Lines" option in the editor's settings on its left side.
