The initial release of CRMConnect: Mindbody → Keap. v1.0 delivers the core integration: real-time client profile sync, service sale events, and class booking activity flowing from Mindbody into Keap CRM.
What's Included
- Real-time client sync — Mindbody client profiles sync to Keap contacts; email-based duplicate detection ensures one contact per person.
- Service sale events — Memberships, class packages, and contracts are recorded against the matching Keap contact. Retail product sales are not synced.
- Class booking activity — Bookings, cancellations, and sign-ins flow as contact activity, enabling no-show follow-up, attendance milestones, and post-class campaigns.
