Segments, Flows, and Campaigns

The provisioned marketing package: lifecycle segments, per-location audiences, and starter flows.

On request, APIANT provisions a ready-made marketing package into your Klaviyo account. Everything arrives as drafts and definitions: nothing sends an email until your team reviews content, sets your sender identity, and turns things on. The provisioning is idempotent, meaning it can be run again safely at any time; it never creates duplicates of anything that already exists, and it fills in anything missing (for example after you add a location).

Lifecycle segments

Eight brand-wide segments built from synced data:

SegmentWho is in it
Upcoming Appointment BookedClients with a future appointment on the books
No Upcoming AppointmentClients with nothing scheduled, the natural rescue audience
Next Class BookedClients with a class on the schedule
Intro Offer BuyersClients whose most recent purchase history includes an intro offer
Lapsed 30 Days (No Visit)Clients whose last visit is more than 30 days ago
Contract Renewal Window (30 Days)Clients whose contract ends within 30 days
Waiver Not SignedClients without a signed liability waiver
Promo Opt-InClients who opted into promotional messages in Mindbody

Per-location segments

For every studio in your location table, a matching set:

  • Home Location: [studio] — clients who belong to that studio
  • Visited: [studio] — everyone who has ever visited it
  • Last Visited: [studio] — whose most recent visit was there
  • Upcoming Appt At: [studio] — who is coming in next
  • No Upcoming Appt: [studio] — that studio's rescue audience
  • Purchased At: [studio] — whose latest purchase happened there (including an online store, if your site has one)
  • Service Taken: [service] ([studio]) — buyers of your signature services, per studio

New location? The same set is generated for it as part of adding the location.

Starter flows

Five flows, delivered as drafts with placeholder sender details, each triggered by the data above:

FlowTriggerPurpose
Intro Offer WelcomeJoins Intro Offer BuyersConvert trial clients while interest is highest
Rescue - No Upcoming VisitJoins No Upcoming AppointmentReach clients the moment their calendar goes empty
Win-Back - 30 Days LapsedJoins Lapsed 30 DaysRe-engage before a lapse becomes a cancellation
Contract Renewal WindowJoins Contract Renewal WindowStart the renewal conversation 30 days out
Post-Purchase Thank YouPlaced Order eventReceipt-style follow-up with the actual items purchased

Per-location welcome flows (one per studio, triggered by that studio's Home Location segment) are also available.

Before going live on any flow: set your sender name and address, review the email content (it is written as a usable starting point, in a neutral voice), and switch the flow from Draft to Live in Klaviyo. Your team owns the creative entirely; edit anything.

Campaigns

Campaigns remain your team's day-to-day work in Klaviyo; the integration's job is to make every synced data point targetable. Typical patterns our customers run from day one: a per-studio news campaign to each Home Location segment, service cross-sell campaigns to Service Taken segments, and win-back offers to per-studio lapsed audiences. Because every send is a normal Klaviyo campaign, Smart Sending, quiet hours, and your deliverability practices all apply unchanged.

Keeping your existing work

If your Klaviyo account already has segments and flows you rely on, nothing here replaces them. The package installs alongside, and the synced properties and events immediately enrich what you already built.
