Version 1.5 Enhancements
Released May 2026.
v1.5 expands tagging flexibility, improves how product names with special characters are matched between Mindbody and Keap, and adds referral source syncing.
- Configurable sale-tag category — The Keap tag category that receives sale tags is now configurable per customer at onboarding. Previously the integration looked up the category by a hardcoded name ("Services"). Customers who use a different category name for their sale tags can now point the integration at it. Sale tags from service items still go into a single Keap tag category per customer — v1.5 lets you choose which one, not split across multiple.
- Improved tag matching for product names with special characters — Mindbody product names containing double quotes (
"), apostrophes ('), ampersands (&), or angle brackets (</>) now sync correctly to Keap tags. Previously, products with embedded special characters could not always be matched against existing Keap tags due to how Keap's REST API encodes those characters internally. This is now handled transparently in the connector — no customer-side configuration required. Example: a Mindbody product namedPremium "Gold" Membership (Auto-Pay $199 12 Mo)now correctly resolves to its matching Keap tag. - Referral source syncing — The "Referred By" field in Mindbody now syncs to Keap as a custom field, enabling source-attribution reporting on Keap campaigns.
Version 1.0 Enhancements
Released February 2026.
The initial release. v1.0 delivers the core integration: real-time client profile sync, service sale events, and class booking activity flowing from Mindbody into Keap CRM.
- Real-time client sync — Mindbody client profiles sync to Keap contacts; email-based duplicate detection ensures one contact per person.
- Service sale events — Memberships, class packages, and contracts are recorded against the matching Keap contact. Retail product sales are not synced.
- Class booking activity — Bookings, cancellations, and sign-ins flow as contact activity, enabling no-show follow-up, attendance milestones, and post-class campaigns.
For the full list of contact fields populated by the integration, see the Synced Properties section on the product overview page.
