Feature Overview Two new settings now control how far into the past and future the system checks for individual appointment updates.
- Individual appointments days_back Controls how many days into the past the system checks for new or updated appointments. For example, if set to 45, the system will look 45 days into the past and sync any appointments added or changed within that time frame.
- Individual appointments days forward Controls how many days into the future the system checks for new or updated appointments. For example, if set to 45, the system will look 45 days into the future and sync any appointments added or changed within that time frame.

Feature Overview A new feature has been added to CRMConnect, allowing you to define a custom format for HubSpot Deal names using data from Cliniko. This gives you more control over how deals appear in your HubSpot pipeline.
How It Works When the Custom Deal Name setting is enabled, HubSpot Deal names are generated using values specified in the Custom Deal Name Fields setting.
Important: To use this setting, you must first enable the "Custom Deal Name" setting.
Available Fields You can include up to 9 Cliniko data fields to structure your deal name. The available default fields include:
- Patient_first
- Patient_last
- Location
- Practitioner
- Appointment_day
- Appointment_time
- Appointment_name
- Appointment_duration
- Appointment_id
Tip: Use the field names exactly as listed to ensure proper syncing with HubSpot.

Feature Overview This new setting gives you the option to use your Cliniko Display Business Name instead of your Account Business Name when syncing data to HubSpot.
Why Use This If your Cliniko account uses a different public-facing name, enabling this setting ensures that the name appears consistently in your integrations.

- Cliniko pronouns nominative
- Cliniko pronouns predicative possessive
- Cliniko pronouns pronominal possessive
- Cliniko pronouns reflexive
- Cliniko Patient Appointment notes
These fields provide more flexibility when customizing your data sync.
