Overview

CalendarConnect books Calendly appointments straight into Mindbody, so your front desk never re-keys a booking and clients are created or matched for you. To keep those booking pages honest, it also reads each staff member's live availability from Mindbody and updates the matching Calendly event, so a time only appears in Calendly if it is genuinely open in Mindbody. The result is real-time booking into Mindbody with no double-booking and no manual data entry.

Client profiles are created in Mindbody from Calendly booking data, or existing records are updated with each booking. Custom question answers from Calendly intake forms can be mapped to Mindbody custom fields and indexes. For multi-location businesses, different Calendly event types map to specific Mindbody locations, appointment types, and staff.

How it works at a glance

When someone opens your Calendly booking page, CalendarConnect reads that staff member's live availability from Mindbody and updates the Calendly event, so the times shown are the times open in Mindbody right then. When the visitor books, the booking is written into Mindbody as an appointment on that staff member's calendar, and the client is created or matched by email. Mindbody stays the single source of truth for who is free and when.
