Once your Mindbody site is set up for Google Calendar sync, the next step is to share the calendar from Mindbody to Google via the staff profile page.
Follow these steps to sync your Mindbody staff profile with Google Calendar:
- Enable the Google Calendar integration for your Mindbody site.
- Share the staff calendar from the Mindbody staff profile page to Google.

This integration ensures seamless scheduling and syncing of appointments across platforms.
CalendarConnect relies on the assigned ID number of the Mindbody appointment type to map Calendly events to their corresponding Mindbody appointments using a lookup table.
If you need to update the list of appointment types, send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- The name of the Calendly event name.
- The name of the Mindbody appointment type.
- The assigned ID number for the Mindbody appointment type.
- Navigate to the Services and Pricing menu in Mindbody.
- Go to the Appointments menu.
- Edit the Appointment Type to reveal the ID number in the URL displayed in your web browser.

- Appointment Type: Assessment
- ID Number: 9
This ID number is essential for CalendarConnect to correctly link Calendly events to Mindbody appointments.
CalendarConnect uses the Gmail-enabled staff email and the staff ID number from Mindbody to correctly link booked Calendly events to the available appointment time slots in the staff's Mindbody calendar.
If you need to update the staff list, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- The staff email address from the Mindbody staff profile.
- The assigned staff ID number.
- Open the Mindbody staff profile page.
- Locate the staff ID number in the URL displayed in your web browser.
Example:
- Staff ID Number: 100000010
