Version 1.26 Enhancements
Feature Overview We have added a new feature to CRMConnect that enhances how appointment details are synced between Cliniko and HubSpot. Now, specific appointment-related properties on the HubSpot contact record are automatically updated whenever changes are made to individual appointments in Cliniko.
New Properties Updated in HubSpot With this update, the following properties on a contact record in HubSpot will be kept up-to-date:
- Next appointment
- Next appointment category
- Next appointment date
- Next appointment day
- Next appointment time
- Next appointment practitioner
- Next appointment practitioner first
These properties are updated for individual appointments only and will reflect the most current information available.
Trigger Events for Updates The update to these properties is triggered by the following events:
- When an individual appointment is created or updated in Cliniko.
- When an individual appointment is canceled.
- When an individual appointment is archived.
In addition, if an appointment is canceled or archived and no upcoming appointments are found for the contact, the corresponding properties in HubSpot will be cleared. However, please note that values will not be cleared if they are from an appointment in the past and no trigger event occurs to update them.
