Selecting items

Items are highlighted in orange when they are selected:

To select a single item, click on it. Any previously selected items will be unselected.

To select all items in the entire diagram, right-click on the editor's background and choose the Select All Items option:

Alternatively, use the Select All option in the Edit menu at the top right:

To select multiple items, one way is to drag a selection area around them by clicking on the editor's background and dragging a selection window around them:

Oftentimes you will need to make space in a diagram to insert new modules. The easiest way to do that is to right-click on a modules and choose the "select this and all items below" option:

Alternatively, click on the module and choose the same option here:

Yet another way is to right-click on the editor's background and choose the Select All Below option:

Then all items below that module will be selected:

Selected modules can be moved as a group by dragging any one of the selected modules.

To deselect all selected modules, click on the editor's background.
