Protocol Threads

the protocol threads screen manages all protocol threads in the system a "protocol thread" is created automatically whenever an automation is active that uses a "protocol thread" trigger a "unary protocol thread" must be activated from the admin console by selecting it from the list of inactive unary protocol threads at the bottom of the screen and clicking the activate button once a unary protocol thread is activated and running, it will automatically be restarted by the system whenever the system boots view log to view a protocol thread's log, select it from the list and click the view log button the log is sorted with the most recent entries at the top the log viewer only loads approximately 1,000 lines from the server's log file empty log empties the selected item's log by performing a log rollover the logged data is not deleted from the server
