the automations screen displays a dashboard for all automations in the system the main purpose of the dashboard is to be able to perform actions on groups of automations across multiple accounts, like turning them on/off and retrying errors each automation is identified by its number and name, plus the name and email of the account the pencil icon edits the automation in a new browser tab/window the "eye" icon views the automation in the owning account's dashboard in a new browser tab/window various search filters can be applied to find automations tags can be applied and removed from all automations currently in the list the typical scenario is to first filter the list to obtain the automations that need to be turned on or off if you need to be able to reverse the on/off action later, then apply a tag to the list beforehand then to later reverse the on/off action, find the list by tag and then turn them on/off a search can be performed across the filtered automations for entries in their automation history different types of entries can be searched within automation history, such data with successful transactions or within error transactions a date range must always be specified the "actions" menu at the top right of the automation list provides options that operate on the current list of automations the list of automations can be turned on or off if a search for errors has been performed, all the found errors can be retried the list of automations can also be exported as a csv that will be downloaded to your device
