Retrying orders from Shopify → Mindbody

If an order failed to sync from Shopify to Mindbody and you would like to retry the sync for this order, simply add the tag "retry" on the bottom right of the order:

If you'd like to retry more than one order at a time, simply select the orders you would like to retry by adding a check box:

Click the 3 dots at the bottom of your screen:

Choose "Add tags"

Select the "retry" tag and click Save:

Note that retrying orders that were successfully synced will duplicate the orders in Mindbody.
Once the order has been resynced from Shopify to Mindbody successfully, the "retry" tag will be removed from the order.
